When you order a set up pack from Planet Protective what you get is a completely customized product that is hand assembled by our skilled team so all you have to do is put your product inside. Our set up packs comprise a heavy duty box with corner posts fastened to a palette and topped with a corrugated lid.

Our set up boxes are designed and assembled at Planet Protective Packaging according to your specifications so all you have to do is place your product inside. We take care of all the assembly so you don’t have to. And if you need partitions or any additional features, we can take care of those too.
This is a heavy duty shipping solution suitable for long haul shipments and designed to keep your product safe from all unplanned impacts. We build our boxes to endure the most rigorous handling and to ensure that your product makes it to its destination intact.
Planet Protective Packaging set-up boxes are manufactured using 80% corrugated cardboard which can be recycled at least 7 times. The three-layered corrugated structure not only makes these boxes durable and lightweight but also very easy to recycle and transformed into a brand new box.
