Our pre-built, custom-made Set-Up Boxes are engineered for durability and long-distance shipping. Each box features a reinforced structure with corner posts and a secure lid fastened to a corrugated pallet, delivering superior stability during rigorous handling and transport.
A core part of our business is dedicated to the automotive sector, where we design large triple-wall boxes with internal layering systems that allow customers to ship multiple parts securely in a single package. Once a Set Up Pack is ordered, customers receive a fully customized, hand-assembled solution, ready for immediate product placement.
Utilizing advanced water jet cutting and plotting technology, we offer rapid prototyping and flexible low-volume production, allowing for fast turnaround and custom solutions. Clients can also choose from various add-ons, including internal partitions and other functional features tailored to their needs.
Our Set Up Boxes are both lightweight and highly durable. Their triple-wall construction enhances strength while being able to be recycled and repurposed up to seven times, supporting circular, sustainable packaging practices.
